Returns Policy

30-day returns

If your SeaSight order isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Email us via contact with your order number.
2. We'll send a return label and instructions within one business day.
3. Drop the parcel at any post office.

Refunds

Once received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost.
